Gannon's first day of music class was today and he loved it. We invited Robin and Jax up to join us and even Jax had a great time and was very comfortable with Mrs. Shelly. Garrett loved goinging to music class so now it's Gannon's turn to go with Mommy. Garrett's new Mommy time will be at Tumble Time starting next week.

Yeah I'm really 1!!!
Gannon's official birthday was pretty low key. He spent the day with Mommy and had a nice quiet dinner with brother, Mommy, and Daddy.
At his one year check up he weighted in at 25.5lbs and is 31.5 inches tall! I can't tell you how many times people say him and Garrett are built so different, but at this age he was almost exactly the same size.
This past year with him has been great and we look forward to all the new changes and learning he will go through!
A Visit with Aaron
Another Celebration for Gannon
Grandma, Grandpa, and Taylor came over the night before Gannon's birthday to enjoy cake and cupcakes. Gannon of course loved spending time with Grandma...his favorite. I now remember why I don't have 1st birthday parties, he was so not interested.

All in a Weeks Time
Gannon has made some huge strides in development in the past week. He is now officially walking, clapping when he is done, giving the sign with his hands for more, and has two new teeth! Wow the little guy must be exhausted, that's a lot.
He has been taking steps here or there since Christmas, but I would say now he is really walking. And very proud might I add. He crawls to get himself standing then takes off on his feet! We have been encouraging him when he walks and clap for him. On Sunday he must have figured out that he should clap too because every time he fell he paused to applaud himself. What a doll!
(I was telling Dave a story and realized I should just video so excuse my side conversation)
A Little Pre Birthday Celebration
I can't believe Gannon will be one this week! Since I don't do first birthday parties, Grandpa and Grandma Ingalls came down to see Gannon last weekend for his birthday and brought cupcakes. Man was he in heaven.
Angels Stadium Tour
As everyone knows Dave is a HUGE Angels fan and Garrett thinks they are the only team in baseball! Since our campground in Orange was just down the street from the stadium we thought we had to have a behind the scenes tour so Dave splurged the $3.00 fee from his budget! It was very interesting to hear about the behind the scenes action at the stadium and to hear the history.
We had gone to a game in 2008 and never realized the from of stadium is an actual ball field size with bases and a pitching mound. Garrett of course had to run the bases. Look at how little he looks on the "field".
