So I had this idea to take one picture every day with a little chalkboard to document the days on the trip...cute idea if you don't forget to skip a day! This says Day 6, but actually was Day 5's dinner. Oops. There will be two day 8's and hopefully from there we can keep it straight.
We have done really good at eating out - only 2 times up to this point in the trip and my grandparents treated to one! On our way to Portland Dave had to stop at Arby's. This dinner was Dave and I's Mahi Mahi with pineapple salsa, bread, and green beans. A favorite at home and it was good in Portland as well.
