6 Months Later

Gannon has been eating his new diet for almost 6 months and we FINALLY hit the jackpot and found a cracker!  Not only can he have these, he also LOVES them! I have found two other crackers thus far that he can have, but they are SO nasty that he won't eat them. New on the market are his one and only cracker...

Products are constantly changing so we watch for new items to hit the shelves and continue to read labels of things that he could eat and now they've changed and he can't.  Some have changed for the better, his new favorite breakfast bars and some have changed for the worse, Veggie Sticks added wheat product back into their ingredients.  We have done a few food challenges to add ingredients back, but he reacted to both.  His skin looks amazing on his new VERY restricted diet so it's COMPLETELY worth it to me!  We meet with his doctor again in a couple weeks and will let her know that we may try again in 6 months or so.  We'll see if she likes that response! We have a good stock on what he can eat and it's actually very healthy and well rounded so whatever!!!
