Gannon's friend Owen from daycare and his mom asked if we were interested in taking the boys to see Thomas in Felton. Sure why not, the boys still love Thomas and would love a train ride. My mom's cousin Cathy lives in Felton so I asked her if she would be interested in meeting us there and taking her grandson. We rarely to get together because we live a drive away and so we thought it would be fun to spend some time together. Grandma joined instead of Dave for a girls trip with kids. Gannon was still in the early stages of potty training so the drive included a few quick stops for him to hop in the back of my car to potty - yes I brought a toilet! He did great all day. After our morning train ride with Thomas Cathy invited us for lunch at her house and was nice enough to let us hangout while Gannon napped on their guest bed. It was a fun day.
On our way home we stopped in Pleasanton at the mall and Grandma bought the boys new shoes! They both love getting new shoes and of course we had to ride the cars and Thomas at the mall!
