Dave's friend had told him to be sure to visit the Big Sky Brewing Company so we thought we'd grab a beer and an appetizer. We set up to meet Bill and Moreen's granddaughter, Julia and her fiance Jon. We arrived to find that it is a tasting room and gift shop only, no place to grab a bite. Oh, well who needs to eat! The tasting room offers 4 free beer samples per day...perfect! I haven't drank much so far on the trip because of the half marathon so I was excited to finally enjoy an adult beverage.
It's normal to bring your small children beer tasting right!?! Garrett and Gannon had snacks, water, and played on the floor for a bit while we visited and tasted. It was fun. Dave grabbed a cute hat and t-shirt and we were off.
